I use Facebook very successfully for many clients and recognised a need to put the power back into their hands. There’s only so much we can do as an outsourced service provider and real social interaction needs to come from inside your business.
Nothing comes even close to competing with Facebook in terms of its user base, communicative powers and ability to connect people – and businesses.
Some businesses have been quick to see the benefits of Facebook as a marketing tool and this course teaches small to medium sized companies how they can do the same. We teach you how to engage with customers, attract new people to your brand and products and how to create a Facebook page that will work in tandem with other marketing activity.

Who is this for:
The Overt Facebook Masterclass training course is aimed at small to medium sized business owners who already have a Facebook business page or profile that they hope to use for business. The course assumes some experience of Facebook for business use.
Delegates will need a computer with internet access at their home or office. Training takes place over the telephone with remote access software which allows the sharing of screens with the trainer. ie. so you are both looking at the same screen whilst talking.

What’s included:
1 Hour Consultation: One to one training session done remotely, where we share screens and talk via telephone. This is the initial consultation allowing us to understand your business and objectives. You will be given advice and ideas to practice before the next session.
4 hours spent on your page by us…
Over a 4 week period – usually 2-3 hours in the first week, then the rest as an when needed.
This covers; any graphics you may need like Cover Shot, Profile Pic, Ads, Post images. Content creation to test ideas and give you inspiration to create your own content going forward.
Page optimisation for best results according to you goals.
Analysis of insights and feedback to be discussed.
If we feel, for any reason that you don’t need the full 4 hours then you can transfer this to more one to one remote training.
Group remote sessions x2 (1 hour each): Where we give you tricks, tips, strategy and guidance to make Facebook work better for you and your business.
1st session: To cover some basic principles to make managing your page easier and more effective. It’s often the simple tricks that make all the difference.
- When to post, what to post, how to post.
- What statistics to look at and why, how to use them going forward.
2nd session: to cover Facebook Ads and paid promotion. How to set up, monitor and get the most from even the minimum spend paid promotions. Plus a couple of strategies that we’ve had great results with for other clients. It would help if you had a budget for paid promotion but not essential. We will discuss this in the initial consultation, giving you time to consider.
Access to a private Facebook Group: Where we post interesting information, ideas, research, along with copies of all the tricks and tips we teach… Members can also talk and share ideas amongst themselves and where possible we will respond to questions asked.
One to one training session 1 hour: Done remotely, where we share screens and talk via telephone.
This is the de-brief where you can ask any further questions and get feedback on the progress of your Facebook page and activity over the last 4 weeks.
